Paper or ...er...

Here's an interesting article on Delhi's new law against plastic bags and some of the other challenges of life in this city.
What the law means for me, is that I have to start buying trash bags.

Looks like it might go that way. Do they already have you use your own grocery bags?

Interesting. I also recently found out that Dallas can't recycle plastic grocery bags. Whoops. I guess those reusable bags really are best. (and then you have less trips to make from the car because they hold a lot of stuff!)

Phil transfered to the New Delhi office, where he's doing the same thing he did in Dallas: making power point presentations. It's supposed to be for a year, but all was arranged before we went to Mexico (see July and Aug), so with the state of the economy I wouldn't be surprised if things changed, either way.
