Here's an interesting article on Delhi's new law against plastic bags and some of the other challenges of life in this city. What the law means for me, is that I have to start buying trash bags.
Interesting. I also recently found out that Dallas can't recycle plastic grocery bags. Whoops. I guess those reusable bags really are best. (and then you have less trips to make from the car because they hold a lot of stuff!)

Always good to be found! Phil transfered to the New Delhi office, where he's doing the same thing he did in Dallas: making power point presentations. It's supposed to be for a year, but all was arranged before we went to Mexico (see July and Aug), so with the state of the economy I wouldn't be surprised if things changed, either way.
