Love the pictures! And S is so grown up--a lost tooth and kindergarten. I'm glad your parents go to go. Where were the mountain pictures taken? So beautiful.
When we get home we can compare notes with your parents. Love the mountains in the north. We just have heat, red soil and little lumpy hills here in the south. Heat or not we are here for the long run including the month of November.
how fun! watching someone else experience culture shock is always thrilling. so we miss you, too, here in el d.f., kathryn. i can't drive or walk by julio verne without thinking of you. :)
Looks like you had a great time. That is wonderful they got to go visit. It was good to see you and I"m glad the boys got to play. I'm not going to show H the lost tooth picture. He'll be bitter--he still doesn't have a loose tooth. I think he's the only one in his kinder class that hasn't lost a tooth--in fact the only one going to 1st grade who hasn't lost one.

I'm so glad your parents came to India! For some reason I'm surprised your mom went on such an adventure. That's terrific. Good for them!
I had hoped to see you while you were here, but I'm sure you had much to do, and life has been hectic for us too.

The photos look amazing. I so wish we could have made it work to come and see you. It looks like y'all take your visitors to the coolest places.
